Reconciliation

Reconciliation

"God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their sins against them, and has entrusted to us the message of reconciliation." 
—2 Corinthians 5:19

We have been reconciled to God by the death of Jesus. Therefore, we should be reconciled with others—especially to our brothers and sisters in Christ.

Question to ponder: Are there those whom you are holding grudges against? Are there those who have hurt you that you need to forgive or whom you have hurt and need to confess that sin to?

Sometimes, life will not be according to what we want it to be. But it does not mean that we will go back to the wrong things that we do. Still, we must continue doing what is according to God’s rules. Despite of having the bad things and situation in life, take it as a challenge from God. It will measure your faith to God. Make sure that you will not be covered by evil. Always allow positivity in your life.

For me, it is always hard to forgive those people who have brought damages in our lives. It is so hard to forget what they did to us and how they have caused us pain. However, I do believe that we need to think of what the Lord Jesus Christ did to us. Our sins are unforgivable yet He has given us His life. I know that it is not easy to forgive but remember how we have been forgiven by the Lord despite of the mistakes that we have done. It will always be hard but let us make sure to show love to other people because love is what we all needed.
